Physical description: Dolly is a young woman with huge, golden locks of hair that are messily displayed about her head. At about 5'1" -- her ears are slightly pointed, and her eyes are bright green, with freckles strewed across her face. Dolly is most oft seen in a white renaissance-like top, with a brown corset, and a green skirt. She doesn't often wear shoes-- but her feet are usually cascaded in bandages to avoid extensive dirt upon her skin. She wears a variety of jewelry that hangs from her person-- a rainbow chain necklace with a black mushroom choker dangles from her neck.
Something about her-- from her thick accent to her sing-songy way of speaking is oddly Magnetic (App x4). She holds herself with an air of sweetness and kindness one would only associate with a newborn deer (Innocence, Friendly-face, Sanctity). (n˘v˘•)¬

Dolly Ann Marie appeared in Tampa Bay in 2021, eyes wide and grin wider. Her first night, she proposed gousting -- a jousting match in which, instead of humans, gators would ride horses. This was then put into effect by the Nosferatu Sheriff, Freddy. Upon her second gathering, Prince Deluca was celebrating his Princedom anniversary. As she was young and held little to give, Dolly took off her earring and presented it to the Prince. Near the end of the night, Dolly proclaimed she had a gift as well --holding up the earring with pride-- and made a big speech in front of the domain in celebration. Verbose, she made her mark on the domain, speaking from the heart.
That very night, she was declared Gangrel Primogen. (づ｡◕‿‿◕｡)づ
In 2022, Dolly became Harpy as one Anselm Levine stepped down from his position, supported by all Primogen in Tampa. ★~(◡﹏◕✿).
Dolly attended the gathering in Milwaukee in 2023 as Lesser Harpy. Acting level-headed in the mix of scandal, Dolly was a prominent record-keeper and mediator for Justicar, Archon, and Princes alike. On the third day of the gathering, it was announced that she could no longer act as lesser harpy— as she was instead empowered by Harridan Maryann Fletcher as Fury earlier than scheduled in order to further mitigate disputes and remind the public to act cordially in front of Founders, Justicars, and those of higher standing within the Camarilla.
Dolly also attended the gathering of Glitter & Gloom in 2023 as a Gangrel of notable renown. She acted as a diligent notetaker and Fury as Fury Quinn Lionsigh and Fury Jane Woodward were both announced.
Since then, Dolly has attended events-- but has gained notable reputation for diligence and intense record-keeping of Camarillian History. She also has been married-- though the marriage seems to have been private and quiet. It's been rumored that the now Justicar of the Gangrel clan attended.
Gangrel-Specific; Dolly is a young Gangrel that ran the fire at Blood & Ice 2023 and 2024. She also hosted the Camarilla Gangrel Fire. It's clear she holds fondness for her clan regardless of sect (Sabbat not included), but isn't blind to the flaws of it. Most of her stories are not about her-- and the most recent two she's told are passed down-- one of which was from the late Shanghai Kelly titled "A Little Drop of Hatred." Dolly seems to prefer telling tales of others than herself. She has not been given a name by the Gangrel to be remembered by.
