Lucas arrived in Baltimore in the fall of 2010. For some time he seemed to have occasional conversations and glare at people. Then last fall he stood toe to toe with a Tzimisce elder, spoke with the dead Seneschal, and exited a private room from conversation with Vinny Velario and Kalo covered in blood. Since then he has been the Sheriff in Baltimore.
