Physical description: Edwin Ramos stands just under 6 feet, and with his darker complexion, it's hard to judge his age... could span anywhere between 20 and 40. He's got the lean but sturdy build of someone who enjoys athletic activities.

Edwin usually wears some kind of hat, favoring flat caps during the fall and winter, and baseball caps during the spring and summer. He's also likely to wear sneakers unless it's a really formal event.

Known History

Edwin Ramos will gladly tell you that he comes from Argentina, but will also mention that he spent time in prison there during the Dirty War, and would have been 'disappeared' along with tens of thousands of others without the timely intervention of his sire. The Embrace instilled an urge to fight for those who couldn't fight for themselves, and when he felt that his people could recover from the horrors done to them, he made his way up to the US where his Sire had made a home.

Edwin first appeared in Delaware around the spring of 2014. He enjoyed the proximity to Philadelphia, a city with five major sports teams, and he would be happy to physically fight you if you said fútbol (aka soccer) didn't make the cut as a major sport. Even as an Anarch, he had no issues visiting the Camarilla city to catch a game, and it certainly helped that he and the Prince shared the same clan, although that didn't stop him from trying to pull elaborate pranks against members of the Camarilla. He would occasionally help out when the Sabbat attempted large-scale attacks on the frontier city. One particular battle he helped to steal a shipping container full of Shovelheads the Sabbat had planned to let loose in the city.

Edwin would get his first grand exposure to the Camarilla when he attended his first Glitter and Gloom in 2015, although of course he couldn't take part in the Conclave. He would continue to go every year, initially to try and imitate the people who would dress up in their finest... but then he learned that drawing attention could serve it's own purpose, particularly when it came to building alliances and learning to become a leader.

Elected by Delaware's gang council to be Baron in 2017, Edwin began to get more involved in the politics of the region. He and Sovereign Prince MacGregor got to know each other as leaders of their respective groups, and he looked to her as a big sister when things threatened both their domains. He helped destroy the wraith that had taken over the Battleship of New Jersey, although he tends to go silent when asked about the experience.

He had been visiting Philadelphia on the night of Sovereign Prince MacGregor's murder, although he did not witness the final blow. He received a letter that she had written shortly after, asking him to look out for the city, and to not let it fall to the Sabbat. His closeness to Fiona, his sense of duty to a city he'd come to enjoy, and the belief that the person who claimed Praxis from Fiona could not be trusted, that caused him to renounce his position with the Anarch Movement, and request that Sovereign Prince Rook acknowledge him in the summer of 2019. He felt that he could only claim Praxis, while protecting Delaware, by becoming a member of the Camarilla.

Edwin claimed Praxis from Prince Ivan Stone in August of 2019, although his actions at the hastily declared Elysium at Harrah's Casino caused him to be declared a Defiler for a year and a day. The instability in Philadelphia caused issues when it came to forming a court, and with Philadelphia being under watch for having a third Prince in the span of two months, it seemed inevitable that someone with more experience would come to claim the city for their own.

Tony Angelo came to Philadelphia in January 2020, and after a discussion, Edwin ceded the Praxis to him without incident. The city had gone through enough at that point, and Edwin refused to be the cause of additional instability, although some of the assistance that Prince Angelo received that night tested Edwin's self-control. He stayed mostly within the city, although he did continue to travel to local domains to get a feel of the Camarilla without the pressure of his new Prince. His Defiler status now removed, his path forward seems to be wide open, although he'll tell you that he still wants to be there for Philadelphia, particularly for the Brujah.
