He's been tolerated as a ghoul in every Camarilla Domain he's been in (Columbus, OH, Athens/Atlanta/Griffin, GA)

Known History

Tommy, having come to Georgia from Ohio, showed up in Athens one night. He met three Brujah having a disagreement over a body on a back road and said he was in town because he woke up after a bender with a bunch of Mexicans and then ended up partying for a few months in that town. After that, he went off on another drinking binge and ended up in Atlanta, and eventually Griffin. To be honest, he hasn't been alive long enough to have had much more of a 'history' than that.

Allies

For a ghoul, he's been given quite a bit of leeway in Georgia. This could either be due to his frightening competency, or very powerful kindred looking out for him. Either way it's significant to note that he's still around.
