Character Information
Known History
Belmont is a Samedi from somewhere in Haiti and came to the States in the mid 80's. After wandering around for some years, he ended up in Philadelphia in late 2008. During that time he was put under the Accounting of a Nosferatu named Alan Walsh. After some time, Walsh got in trouble and Belmont opted to stay independent for a time.
In late 2010, Belmont decided to embrace the Ivory Tower and was brought into the fold.
