Known History
Very little is publicly known. Appeared in Hartford recently, towards the end of 2011. Going by the name Caine, Rafael claimed to be one of Hartford's older citizens from the 1940s, who left for "personal" reasons. His true name a mystery, making him difficult to account for and link to his sire at the time.
Toreador Primogen of Hartford, James Norton was one of the first to have met Rafael since his return to the city. Claiming to be an interpretive dancer, when asked about his art. James, and other members of his clan knew better. They may not have known his true name, but they knew he was much more than a dancer.
Bringing him forth to Seneschal Natascia who granted him acknowledgment in Tatiyana "Anya" Pyotrevna domain, while she was absent the night he returned.
