Known History

Royce was born in Germany some time ago.
Royce was a retainer for Dr. Sherwin Kroll (Primogen, former Keeper, former Seneschal) for nearly 4 years before his embrace in September 2016.
---How he went from being a Nosferatu retainer to an embraced Toreador is not exactly clear. However he was under Dr. Kroll's Accounting after his embrace.
---He had been a retainer to someone else for many years prior to his arrival in Springfield.
He was occasionally seen in the Domain of Peoria Illinois in 2018 and 2019.
Royce became active among Kindred society in Springfield, IL again in mid 2019.

Royce is know to practice all manner of crafts:
Architecture, Tattooing and related Body Modifications, Carpentry, Cartography, Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetology, Drawing, Masonry, Ship Building, Upholstery, and several other.
He is not however any manner of performer.

• August 10, 2013 -- Royce made his first public appearance at a Springfield, IL Kindred gathering as a retainer of Dr Sherwin Kroll, Nosferatu Primogen.

• Summer 2014 – Royce helped to organize and run the annual Summer Arts Festival in Springfield, IL. In addition he taught some classes, participated in panel discussions, and his Tattooing/Piercing shop had a large booth there.

Royce requested Prince St. Clair appoint him as Keeper of Elysium rather than Seneschal so that a member of a different clan could be Fabian's Seneschal.

• August 2022 – Royce became the Keeper of Elysium of Springfield, Illinois under Prince Fabian St. Clair. As the Primogen Council has yet to appoint a new Harpy, he is still trying to fulfill the responsibilities of that office as best he is able.

• Royce can give a kindred a tattoo that stays under their skin. Such tattoos have been auctioned at Blood & Ice. He claims that the recipient must be freely willing for it to work. He also claims that he does NOT use Vicissitude to do this.
• Royce goes out of his way to be helpful to members of Clan Nosferatu.
• Royce became became a Primogen for the first time on the same night he received his Acknowledgment.
• Royce can make nearly anything, well anything mundane that is.
• All of the body modification work that Royce does is kind of suspicious: Cosmetic Surgery, Tattoos, Piercing, Scarification, Fracturing, etc.
