Scarecrow and her childe Damian Drake arrived in Baltimore about a month before Conclave 2015. She quickly established herself as a fixture at the local gatherings, making aquantances and friends with many in the city as well as other domains. Since her arrival in Baltimore she has been named Primogen and seen her childe named Sherrif.
