Royce was a retainer for Dr. Sherwin Kroll (Primogen, former Keeper, former Seneschal) for nearly 4 years before his embrace.
How he went from being a Nosferatu retainer to an embraced Toreador is not exactly clear. However he was under Dr. Kroll's Accounting after his embrace.
After some embarrassment or other which involved him losing his seat as Primogen Royce left Springfield and eventually started showing up occasionally in Peoria, IL sometime in 2018.
Royce is know to practice all manner of crafts: Architecture, Bodycraft (Tattoos), Carpentry, Cartography, Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetology, Drawing, Masonry, Ship Building, Upholstery, and likely other
