Physical description:
Luc is an average looking though of a slightly bigger size. He wears generic pants and shirt with extra pockets. He speaks with a Bretagne accent (think French with English/German roughness. – Native French speakers and Linguistics heavy individuals will notice it’s not a typical French accent) His eyes seem to be very piercing, and he appears to be always looking around almost like he is memorizing the area. He has dark hair and appears to be rough in nature but does try to be proper in more social situations. For those with discerning eyes he does have Mask up which is muting his bird-like piercing eyes and slightly elongated nose (when it’s appropriate.)

Known History
Luc was a Voyageur who helped map New France in the late 1730s to late 1750s. He was also a wilderness guide for sometime before being mustered into the French Irregulars in 1763 and after that war, he was ghouled and started his work lower level Courier in North America, which he continued after his embrace during the Civil War. From the Great War until around 2017 he was in torpor and after he awoke he made his way to Milwaukee, WI, and found out that the Couriers were no longer an "official" position in the Camarilla. He was put to work in Milwaukee and learned much from Gary and Primogen Luni. He even stepped in as interim Sheriff but left that domain shortly after Gary and Luni did. He wandered for many years, and after a call from now Fury Gary he moved to the domain of Annapolis, MD and was accepted as a citizen there by Sovereign Prince Rook in early 2022. He kept learning from Fury Gary and Primogen Luni, as well as others that he met through them, since he missed most of the last century and this led to the quick growth in standing in the first half of 2023, and, for now, being named as a Primogen of Annapolis under Sovereign Prince Rook.
