Physical description: Peter stands 8'6" tall, with a bulky, muscular frame. His anatomy, outside of Mask of a Thousand Faces, is more in proportion with a gorilla than a human. His legs are about as long as they would be for someone roughly two feet shorter, and his massive, treetrunk-like arms are much longer, his knuckles sometimes brushing the ground if he slouches a little. His thick fingers, each as big around as a bratwurst, have issues with technology, especially touch screens. His torso is also larger and broader than normal for someone his size. For those familiar with the Guilty Gear series, he'd look somewhat similar to Potemkin. The only vehicle he can easily ride in is a Ford F350, with every option for making the cab as large as possible without requiring a class C drivers' license. He wears whatever will fit him, though he prefers comfortable clothing that lets him move freely and hide weaponry. When heading into a serious fight, Peter gets his greatsword from the tool chest on the back of his truck, which is known to many as his trademark weapon.

Peter is known to have been a wanderer in the past, and as such has not earned any status or regard before recent nights. He has picked up arms many times in defense of the various domains of Georgia, though he makes his home in Middle Georgia, and has earned status and positions within it. He served as Deputy Sheriff under William Harris Stevens, then Sheriff of Middle Georgia, before being assigned as Primogen of Clan Brujah by Prince Marzio Rosselli, and most recently assigned as Sheriff by Prince Marzio upon Stevens' departure of Middle Georgia and claiming of praxis in Griffin.
