Physical description:

Amelia is 5'8" with a thin, hourglass figure. She has long brown hair that she generally wears simply and brown eyes with green and gold flecks. She is strikingly beautiful (Alluring, Elegant, Gorgeous, and Seductive x2) an gives off an aura of sexuality that still manages to be friendly. She dresses well, often in dresses and skirts, in clothing that is tailored for her.

Known History

Amelia was embraced in the early 1950's in England. She was a quick study and her sire, Tyra, was influential enough to pull strings and get her acknowledged after a year of accounting. In 2002 she moved out of a house that her sire owned and to Stockton California.

Since the original move to California Amelia has remained on the West Coast outside of a few visits to England and Italy. She has resided in the domains of Stockton, Sacramento and Amador and has served in each of the cities in various positions. The last position she held was Senschal to Prince Hailey Kincaid of Sacramento, a position that ended when Prince Kincaid died.

Until 2008 Amelia had been a consistent figure in the courts of the California valley. Outside of positions she was often part of the planning or implementation of battles against the cities enemies and has fought in battles that held the survival of the city at stake in Stockton, Sacramento and Amador. She earnestly defends her right to participate in even the most dangerous conflicts. She has been particularly involved in any fights against demons which each of the domains have dealt with.

At one point Amelia was part of a plot by Prince Blaze of Stockton to uncover a plot by elders in the city, as part of this all of her standing was removed, including acknowledged. A week later all status minus one was returned.

For the last few years she has been more seclusionist. She seldom attends court and few people are in consistent contact with her.

Known Family

Amelia has a half-brother on her mother's side who she was raised with until he went off to war and was embraced- Thomas Larson of clan Ventrue

Amelia is related to the McGovern family through her biological father- Liam McGovern. Upon his "death" she took the last name he was using when he knew her mother- Vadeboncoeur- in his honor.

Michael ("Ca$h") McGovern is her half brother on her father's side.

Bridgette McGovern is a cousin.

Various other McGoverns are related by blood or embrace, though Amelia is not sure of her exact relationship with many of them,
