In 1737 the Ventrue Clan sent Brigadier José da Silva Paes to secure Portuguese domain in southern Brazil. He builds Fort Jesus-Mary-Joseph on the shore of Rio Grande de São Pedro and subsequently establishes a town of the same name. The Ventrue Ancilla Dom Paulo Francisco de Almeida Magalhães accompanies him on the expedition, settling in the town and making it his Domain. For years, the town of Rio Grande de São Pedro defended itself from the constant threat caused by the Spanish Sabbat. In 1835 the village is elevated to category of city and begins the Ragamuffin War. Garel, from the Ventrue Clan; also, the most important positions were defined as follows: Dom Paulo Francisco de Almeida Magalhães as Prince, Julius as Seneschal, Pedro Ramón de La Sierra y Mongrovejo as Keeper of Elysium, Astro Egoyan as Sheriff, Rômulo as Scourge and Helena Crivelli as Harpy. In the following years, with the Camarilla well structured and the Sabbat far, the city grew a lot. The fine situation continues until 1998, when a meeting is held to discuss the large number of Neonates in the city, and something unexpected happens: Rio Grande’s eternal Prince, Dom Paulo Francisco de Almeida Magalhães, is found dead, increasing tension among the Clans in the city. Unfortunately, many new enemies appeared and the Ivory Tower has gone through difficult times. It is in this situation that Dom Cipriano José Valera returns to the city as Prince to put things back on track. Under his leadership, the Camarilla is restructured and several enemies are destroyed, expanding the boundaries of the Domain to the western border of the state. In the following year, 2008, with the situation under control, Dom Cipriano José Valera continues his crusade against the Sabbat, leaving the city of Rio Grande. This time was marked by a series of political disputes, constantly changing the praxis of the Domain, leaving some prominent names such as Ezequiel Schneider, Guillermo Bononne, Sebastian Frey, Isaac Hansen, Rômulo Medeiros, François Chevalier, Vincent Vartan, Leonardo Kennon, Oliver Widrik, Catherine Windsor and Hassan Al-Hamed, the latter being the most durable. Even with some problems, the Assamite remained a strong Prince for three years, until he was killed by assassins. Currently Rio Grande is in a moment of reconstruction under the leadership of a new Prince. Catherine Windsor takes over the Principality with force and elevates the Holdings to na even more rigid level. Seen by many as a Just Dictator, however cruel. It promotes a liberal dynasty in terms of negotiations with other beings, but decrees the hunt and immediate destruction of the Followers of Set throughout the South of the Country. It ends up developing a more warlike and less political court. It closes its negotiations with the Principality of Maldonado and Porto Alegre, and closes itself to the North of the Country. All this modus operandi incites even more enemies and makes Windsor feared. However, his deeds lead Rio Grande to be the target of several hidden enemies and magical actions that cover the city in a dark fog. In the second half of the year 2021, Catherine is found in Torpor and many speculations begin to revolve around the event. Seneschal Santorini takes over as Interim Regent until the investigations are completed, putting a new Praxis Stage at the beginning of 2022, in a fearful way. In open election, the Assamite Achmed is elevated to the new Prince of the Holdings carrying all the spoils of the Windsor Dynasty, in their burdens and bonuses. Catherine Windsor assume o Principado com força e eleva os Domínios a um patamar ainda mais rígido.

Vista por muitos como uma Ditadora Justa, porem cruel. Promove uma dinastia liberal em termos de negociações com outros seres, porém decreta a caçada e destruição imediata dos Seguidores de Set por todo o Sul do País.

Acaba desenvolvendo uma corte mais bélica e menos política. Estreita suas negociações com o Principado de Maldonado e Porto Alegre, e se fechando para o Norte do País.

Todo esse modus operandi incita ainda mais inimigos e torna Windsor temida. Porém, seus feitos levam Rio Grande a ser alvo de diversos inimigos ocultos e ações mágicas que encobrem a cidade numa névoa sombria. Na segunda metade do ano de 2021, Catherine é encontrada em Torpor e muitas especulações começam a girar em torno do evento. O Seneschal Santorini assume como Regente Interino até que as investigações sejam terminadas, colocando no início do ano de 2022, um novo Palco da Praxis, de uma forma temerosa. Em eleição aberta, o Assamite Achmed é elevado ao novo Príncipe dos Domínios carregando todos os espólios da Dinastia Windsor, em seus ônus e bônus. Rio Grande entra em uma Nova Era ainda mais tenebrosa com acontecimentos terríveis que assolam todo o Sul.
