William Stanford was Acknowledged in the Domain of Switzerland. Subsequently he travelled to the Bay Area, first taking residency in San Francisco, where he served as Clan Whip.  Then he moved to the Domain of Berkeley and became Primogen, where he took part in the Domain becoming Greater Berkeley under then Prince Rogan of Clan Ventrue.  After Prince Rogan's disappearance, he served Alex Neidrich of Clan Toreador, the former Sheriff of the Domain, after he took Praxis. He later moved back to San Francisco, where he became Primogen under Prince Daniel Book of Clan Tremere. In 2008 he joined the Society of the Hague, attended the 2008 Conclave in Springfield. and became the Record Keeper for his Arbiter Elegancia the Toreador Justicar Titus Petronius Niger in recording and aiding with Confessions of Child of Haqim probationary sect members.

When Prince Deems took Praxis of San Francisco in late 2009, he was kept on as Primogen and also became Keeper of Elysium Pro Tem, until a more suitable replacement could be found; staying on temporarily for several years. He attended and spoke before the 2010 Conclave on the topic of Keepers of Elysium. From late 2012 to late 2013 he served as Harpy of the Domain, before returning to the position of Primogen. Following the stepping down by Catherine Braddock of Berkeley and renouncement of her status under strange circumstances, he joined the Domain as Seneschal under Prince [[She that Burns As the Sun (Sunny)]], investigating Braddock along with others and discovering her to be infernal.  He attended the Ravenna Conclave. He spoke and gave evidence against then Prince Jean Baptise during his Judicial Conclave. He stayed on until Braddock was slain by then Sheriff Celine "The Phoenix" Valois of Clan Ventrue in early 2017, before returning to San Francisco as Primogen.

Known History

William Stanford was Acknowledged in the Domain of Switzerland. Subsequently he travelled to the Bay Area, first taking residency in San Francisco, where he served as Clan Whip. Then he moved to the Domain of Berkeley and became Primogen, where he took part in the Domain becoming Greater Berkeley under then Prince Rogan of Clan Ventrue. After Prince Rogan's disappearance, he served Alex Neidrich of Clan Toreador, the former Sheriff of the Domain, after he took Praxis. He later moved back to San Francisco, where he became Primogen under Prince Daniel Book of Clan Tremere. In 2008 he joined the Society of the Hague, attended the 2008 Conclave in Springfield. and became the Record Keeper for his Arbiter Elegancia the Toreador Justicar Titus Petronius Niger in recording and aiding with Confessions of Child of Haqim probationary sect members.

When Prince Deems took Praxis of San Francisco in late 2009, he was kept on as Primogen and also became Keeper of Elysium Pro Tem, until a more suitable replacement could be found; staying on temporarily for several years. He attended and spoke before the 2010 Conclave on the topic of Keepers of Elysium. From late 2012 to late 2013 he served as Harpy of the Domain, before returning to the position of Primogen. Following the stepping down by Catherine Braddock of Berkeley and renouncement of her status under strange circumstances, he joined the Domain as Seneschal under Prince She that Burns As the Sun (Sunny), investigating Braddock along with others and discovering her to be infernal. He attended the Ravenna Conclave. He spoke and gave evidence against then Prince Jean Baptise during his Judicial Conclave. He stayed on until Braddock was slain by then Sheriff Celine "The Phoenix" Valois of Clan Ventrue in early 2017, before returning to San Francisco as Primogen.
