How he went from being a Nosferatu retainer to an embraced Toreador is not exactly clear. However he was under Dr. Kroll's Accounting after his embrace.
He had been a retainer to someone else for many years prior to his arrival in Springfield.
He was occasionally seen in the Domain of Peoria Illinois in 2018 and 2019. Royce became active among Kindred society in Springfield, IL again in mid 2019.
Royce is know to practice all manner of crafts: Architecture, Tattooing and related Body Modifications, Carpentry, Cartography, Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetology, Drawing, Masonry, Ship Building, Upholstery, and several other. He is not however any manner of performer.
- August 10, 2013 -- Royce made his first public appearance at a Springfield, IL Kindred gathering as a retainer of Dr Sherwin Kroll, Nosferatu Primogen.
