Character Information
Known History
Alan Landis arrived in the Winnipeg court from the west just after the break of the millenium. He arrived in the court of Leo Leducci, throwing himself into both the politics of and exterior threats facing the court. He was captured by the Sabbat, and presumed dead.
Years later, an astonishing discovery. Apparently, the Sabbat had kept Landis alive for some nefarious purposes, and his staked body was left behind when they were driven out. A Tremere search party located him, and he was eventually allowed to rejoin Camarilla society. He arrived in Gimli, assisting then Prince Isabella Bressatte to consolidate her control of the city, and then going on to dispense advice (good and bad) to any of the Princes. He's run the gamut of Court Positions, but sometimes tires of the grind of the Court and retreats into seclusion. He makes the occasional vague references to larger projects he's working on, but no one seems to have a clear idea what those are.

Quotes
"I have neither the time nor inclination to teach those who should never have been Acknowledged the basics of Elysium. If they don't know them by now, send them back to their Sires."
Rumors
Alan is like a cockroach. He just won't die.
Landis has no projects - he's just plain lazy.
There's still no resolution for the time he spent in Sabbat - there may be timebombs in his head that he's not even aware of.
The Sabbat wasn't the problem. The Tremere are.
Alan's occasional cowardice has saved his unlife.
