Walter is known to have spent some time traveling with a circus before finding a home in Wisconsin for a few years. He left Wisconsin suddenly after his embrace without offering much explanation at the time but it is rumored that his sire was murdered by assamites & Walter fled for his safety.
He moved to Washington DC briefly before moving to Annapolis, Maryland to undergo his accounting at the invitation of Prince Rook and has resided there ever since and now serves as Primogen.
