Known History
Although originally embraced in Minneapolis, Biggs moved to Louisiana in the late 1800s. After meeting Étienne Labas there, the two became close allies and eventually returned to the Twin Cities.
The two quickly made a new home in the Twin Cities. Biggs began to earn recognition and build his status, eventually backing James Foster's bid to claim Praxis and becoming his Seneschal. A few months later, Prince Foster found himself embroiled in scandal, and Biggs took the opportunity to take Praxis for himself.
