Titus was rumored to have been embraced in Chicago sometime during the 1960's before falling off the map.
In 2010 Titus arrived in Dayton Ohio holding several offices including Harpy before relocating to Columbus.
Titus served Prince Kein in an extended capacity as Keeper, then Sheriff before becoming Harpy.
