Physical description: His standard mask has stringy hair that hangs around his head and shoulders, gristle on his face. He wears a nearly destroyed sweatshirt and a loincloth with a poncho made of couch fabric under it. He always has a huge rat he calls "Little Brother" with him, usually laying across his shoulders or sitting with him, he guards him fiercely and talks with him frequently.

Character Information

Blood Rat is skittish in conversation, preferring usually to converse with animals rather that people, he seems suspicious of people almost automatically, and does not seem to like long conversation, nor idle ones. He is strong and hides well, and has been seen multiple times to call large amounts of mutated animals to assist him in various tasks.

Known History

Blood Rat received his acknowledgement a while ago but has only recently begun to attend gatherings on the surface. He has been attending Milwaukee gatherings for about a year.

When Pagan claimed Praxis of the city he made Blood Rat his Sheriff, saying he believed that he possessed the ability and will to keep the city safe.
