Physical description: His standard mask has stringy hair that hangs around his head and shoulders, gristle on his face. He wears a nearly destroyed sweatshirt and a loincloth with a poncho made of couch fabric under it. He always has a huge rat he calls "Little Brother" with him, usually laying across his shoulders or sitting with him, he guards him fiercely and talks with him frequently.

Blood Rat is skittish in conversation, preferring usually to converse with animals rather that people, he seems suspicious of people almost automatically, and does not seem to like long conversation, nor idle ones.
