Tobias Boon has been a powerful figure in media for many years. Based out of Birmingham originally, his media empire, Sunrise Media, moved it's headquarters to Cleveland around 2010. Boon had been driven out of his home by a Sabbat incursion and has since found a new home in Cleveland, where he has thrived and expanded Sunrise Media to one of the largest media companies in the country. He has also taken over and restarted the Venture Capital investment firm.
