Hassan bin al Maktoum was embraced around the time Assamites started to migrate to Dubai as it became Domain of then-Prince (now Justicar) Tegyrius. Apparently he was from Dubai's royal family but not the main branch of the family. Highly educated in Europe, Saudi Arabia and the Emirates, Hassan had the best possible human upbringing.
Hassan always had these dreams where he could get a glimpse of Allah's will. This is what brought him to Brazil.
