Champaign–Urbana: It was here where Jason met Tobias Hunter and began a quest to purge the Toreador clan of posers and infiltrators. It is also where he found allies among The Untouchables.

Chicago: In the windy city Jason had a great many conversations at Elysium with the prestigious Hunter family, the Giovani, and members of House Malice

Cole Firearms:Frustrated with the lack of quality weapons in the region, Jason began modifying firearms out of a small gunsmiths shop. Pleased with the results, he opened Cole Firearms to manufacture from the frame up, small quantity, but extremely high quality guns. The Business boomed with the release of the hugely popular 2000 "Livingston Special" pistol. Today, Cole Firearms, with their trademark capital "C" with fang tips at either end of the letter,is now nationally known and produces many affordable pistols as well as completely personalized custom firearms and accessories.
