Having survived both induction and departure from the Dead Man's Hand, a judicial conclave, and more than a few political setbacks over the years, Paul has found success despite adversity, emerging from his various trials a seasoned veteran of Camarilla politics. Whether through careful calculation or luck, Paul has made a career of knowing just how far to push the envelope.
After years of service, Paul's hard work and cunning have earned him a position under the employ of Justicar Jaroslav Pascek. As an Archon, Paul carries out his duties with a mixture of sharp intellect and Brujah aggression, with a demeanor that varies between well-mannered and overtly threatening. Though admittedly fond of conflict and the occasional scandal or two, Paul has a knack for making the best of a tough situation, and a tendency to win in the long term.

Rumors
- Paul is capable of enacting revenge over the course of several years. Archon Jean Val Pierre is rumored to be dead. All three of the prosecutors at Paul's conclave are no longer employed by Justicar Pascek. Paul has Jean Val Pierre's old job.
- Paul will never forgive the Tremere for the way Daniel Book switched stances on him at the last minute at the 2008 St. Paul Conclave. He's spent the years since then undermining them in a variety of ways.
- Paul has possession of a Tremere Chantry in Kenosha, WI, confiscated under the rule of former Prince Stick DeSylvia. Paul has rededicated the chantry to the memory of Jacen Pompeii, honoring the final wishes of his deceased clanmate. Paul has also dedicated one of the building's recently installed water slides to the memory of Garrett Dannington.
- Paul can understand Justicar Cock Robin without the need for an interpreter.
