José de Sandoval (José of Sandoval) is the second child of Marquês de Sandoval (Marquis of Sandoval). Just like his father, he claims to be born on the lands of Sandoval de la Reina. However, this is considered to be a lie by many kindred who encountered him during the centuries. Many believe he choose this name in honor to his own Sire.
He came to São Paulo to solve some unfinished business his father left in the city, and to finally meet the rest of his family (even though he admits he spied on them one time in Istambul and doesn't have any shame on this).
