Jason Nyx first appeared as a follower of the Punk scene in New York during the 70's; he claimed to have been embraced at a Patti Smith show at CBGB in 1975, and was presented to Prince Michaela by his sire, a Malkavian spiritualist named Jibril Voyant. Manhattan was held by the Camarilla at the time, and Jason stayed there for many years, until the city's final fall to the Sabbat. After that, he spent nearly a decade wandering through both North America and Europe.
