One of Hartford’s older residents from 60 years ago has now returned, Rafael Monroe. Before leaving he was thought to be obscenely close with his sire, some would say too close. Some happened to be right. His return bringing bitter tears and memory to the abandoned Elsa Linden. Her childe who disappeared with not so much as a letter, or word he still exists. <br>
