On rare occasions he is formally dressed with a black suit, normally when he is not coming from the Hospital or Medicine School.

It is known that Tristan is studying and practicing medicine since before his embrace during the 16th century and has done a lot for medicine development, including pharmaceutical research and surgical methods. Well, it came not always using the most ethic methods, of course.
