<h2>Character Information</h2>
Known History
Edgar is Canadian by birth, and has traveled across the globe studying, and digging up items of interest all over. He has a Master's degree in Historical Anthropology, and while he hasn't finished his doctorate (ABD), it is mostly accepted by scholars that it's because he doesn't feel it's necessary. He was Acknowledged by Prince Annabelle, of Quebec City, Quebec in 2006.

Edgar lived in the Twin Cities for some time, holding the position of Primogen on at least two different occasions. While there he worked with various other kindred, but seemed to focus largely on his own clan. At some point Edgar seemed all too eager to mix it up with the Sabbat who were causing trouble in the area, and along with allies, took down many, many packs.

Edgar fought in the battle against the Demon Moloch in Milwaukee in January of 2012. He was one of many brave Gangrel who fought alongside other members of the Camarilla.

After taking various injuries with the demon Moloch, Edgar sought out a safe place to convalesce, and with some of his allies making their home in Black Hawk County, Iowa, Edgar has moved there, and taken up shop. Having never had bad relations with Nosferatu, Edgar seems to have solidified his position with the Gangrel in the area.

Some time after living in Iowa, Edgar once again sought out to assist Domains in the New World. Most recently he returned to the Twin Cities, thinking this would be an ideal base to operate from.

Edgar has been granted personal Domain over the vast majority of the city of Stillwater, MN in recognition and as a reward for his service to the Camarilla.

* Seems to be more driven lately, towards what, it's hard to say.
* Hates Assamites, initially refused to serve as Primogen under Prince Morgan Wynn Howell because he was an Assamite.
* Likes Children of Haqim, has worked with Archon Takashi, Warren Jones and Bjorn Sigurdson on bringing the fight directly to the Rebellion.
* Hates the Sabbat for killing two young Gangrel who he was mentoring. No amount of their blood on his hands seems to be quelling his appetite for their destruction.
* He Died at Midwinter.
* Edgar has status from six different Princes, from six different clans, from different parts of the country.
* Was Deputized by his clan mate Anton for the last night of the Midwinter gathering after Prince Murray was attacked.
* In recent years has been known to travel to exotic locales and kill whatever Sabbat presence is nearby.
* May be dead

Quotes
Rumors
*Rachel is often seen in Elysium lecturing neonates on the history and traditions of the Camarilla.
*Like her sire, Rachel is extremely hard on those under her accounting. Only two have ever survived to become acknowledged though one was later deemed unworthy and destroyed (with rights of course)
*She has been a significant power broker behind the scenes in the Minnesota area for several years.
*Rachel hates the new world and pines for Germany.
*Rachel is a total bitch, but in a lovely way.
*Rachel was embraced in mid 2008, before that she was just a ghoul pretending to be Kindred.
*Rachel is on good terms with pretty much every Child of Haqim she has ever met, except maybe Morgan Wynn Howell, and then it depends on if Morgan is pmsing or not.
*Rachel has been offered the position of Prince many times in a number of different cities. For reasons known only to her she has not yet accepted.
**Yet she is now Prince of Winona.
*Rachel has fantastic hats.
*She can be creative when offended. Recompense has been known to range from learning how to properly conduct Bedouin tea ceremonies to being banished by their Prince from whatever domain they call home - depending on the level of the offense.
*Rachel will never betray an ally - unless they betray her first.
*After several years of bad experiences with Horace Mansfield-Rhumer Rachel had a number of years of rocky relations with the local male tremere. Since getting to know some better examples of upstanding citizens such as Warren DeMontegue and Aleister Blackwell things have smoothed out. Somehow she always got along fine with the female tremere.
*Rachel pulled strings and attempted to puppet the Praxis attempt that removed Syprus Herring from the Twin Cities, because going against her directly would have been in poor taste as Syprus and Rachel were tentative allies.
*Gave away Camarilla territories to the Sabbat.

Physical description: 5'7, Red hair with blue eyes and an hour glass figure. She is frequently in zebra print, loves fashion and likes to dress well... but "well" is subjective. Detailed Status:
*burn to learn
*Exalted, Famous, and Well-Known as Prince of the Twin Cities

<h2>Character Information</h2>
Old fashion in some regards and very modern in others. She has a love for technology, etiquette and animals. She writes smut for a living simply because it sells well. She was heavily influenced by media and pop culture. She has a love for television and media that she doesn’t quite understand. She finds that some of her best research to answer any “Why?” or “What would happen if…?” (a trait she uses to come up with character concepts for her erotica) questions she might come up with come out of TV and cinema. Despite her acceptance of alternative lifestyles, different belief systems and ways of acting, Syprus herself attempts to put an extreme emphasis on being polite, inoffensive and diplomatic. She won’t care if you crack a “your momma’s so fat” joke, commit a vulgar display or use profanity but she tries very hard to behave properly herself. If you are blatantly rude or continuously improper you’ll probably end up on her growing list of people she tries very hard to not associate with. But, the thing to keep in mind is that in Syprus’s mind rude and improper does not mean dry, humorless and boring. She is drawn to interesting people especially if she thinks she can get a character out of them for a future novel. Some people have commented after conversing with Syprus that they feel as if the entire time they were talking to her she was sizing them up and figuring out how she could fit them onto paper.

Known History
Syprus arrived in the twin cities in March of 2010 arriving from Denver to visit the place her sire had come from. She liked it well enough to set up a permanent residence. In 2012 took Praxis.

*Honorable (by Michael Yaeger, Brujah)
*Loyal (by Rory O'Shea, Brujah Prince of Green Bay)
*Wise (by Michael Yaeger, Prince of Green Bay)

<h2>Character Information</h2>

Oliver is a negotiator, a scholar, a warrior, and the guy who can get you almost anything you can think of. He has a hands off approach in the local domains, and tries to get people to resolve their own problems, rather than relying on his strength, knowing that he won't always be there to help. On the other hand, he's a front line fighter in every Sabbat siege he gets a chance to participate in.

Known History
Oliver was embraced by Katja Nothing when Chicago was in a bit of turmoil, and after a basic education and Acknowledgement, he was shipped off to Green Bay, where he allied himself with the local Malkavians and Tremere. He took over the Washington Mental Institute of Northeastern Wisconsin in Marinette when it's previous owner, Dr. Washington, was killed by the Sabbat. He has studied psychology and often does Psychological Profiling (Fame x 3) for the police. When his sire became Prince of Chicago, Oliver relocated there to help support her. Along the way, he's picked up a job working for  Pascek's Staff as a Servire to Archon Jacen Pompeii, then to Archon Harold Lebowitz, and currently to Archon Peter Premysl. He has also served in every city position except for Prince in Green Bay, and has held positions in Sheboygan, Kenosha, and Chicago as well. He has worked diligently with the Anarchs in Green Bay and Kenosha, and has at times served as liaison between the Anarchs and the Camarilla in those domains.

He fought in the New York campaign, the OC campaign, and in Lan Blackwood's army that stood against Moloch.

Started dating Emily "M.J." Jackson as of Midwinter 2011, and took her on a Mediterranean tour, meeting such dignitaries as former Justicar Lucian in Crete and Prince Mustafa of Istanbul. At the Midwinter gathering of 2012 Oliver proposed to MJ and they were wed by Father William Dunstin, S. J. that same evening. Since then MJ and Oliver reside in the domain of Green Bay together.

* Hates Assamites, initially refused to serve as Primogen under Prince Morgan Wynn Howell because he was an Assamite.

Shortly after earning respect and status from Restax, as well as a full seat on the Primogen Council, he disappeared from the public eye for two years. Always seems very eager to learn more, no matter the subject matter.

Is never afraid to investigate a problem, and, in fact, may often be too eager.

Remained in the Twin Cities even after being bloodhunted with the assistance of Ari Renard and Anton Chernobog

Tried to instigate a coup to remove Prince Morgan Wynn Howell

He Died at Midwinter.

He saved a couple of Gangrel's lives while fighting Moloch.

Failed to follow through on a deal with a Genie causing Selene Lazarion's grandchilde Simon Williamsen to be given to the Genie as a slave to serve in the Umbra for 5 years to pay for the broken deal.

Physical description: 5'7, Red hair with blue eyes and an hour glass figure. She is frequently in zebra print, loves fashion and likes to dress well... but "well" is subjective. Has a small obsession with hats, especially little ones, and frequently looks slightly disheveled with her suit case or hat box in tow.

Having never had bad relations with Nosferatu, Edgar is now serving as Primogen for Prince Murray X, and looks to work with local Gangrel to strengthen their clans hold on the area.

<h2>Character Information</h2>

Known History
A "retired" mob boss with still-powerful ties to the family, Howell claimed Praxis of the Twin Cities area after Joseph Hanover stepped down as Prince in August 2010.

Married to Priscilla Howell of Clan Toreador, the wedding took place in November of 2010.

Morgan, as Prince, has blood-hunted three people so far: Horace Mansfield-Rhumer, Anthony Black, and Hajime Kojima.

Horace was blood-hunted for being a rot and a cancer within the Camarilla. There were a number of other reasons, but they were a part of a hush-hush meeting between Howell and Clan Tremere. Clan Tremere later killed Horace themselves.

Anthony Black was blood-hunted for trying to kill Morgan, Rachel Eiken, and Priscilla Howell. Morgan was all business when it was himself. It was getting escalated when Rachel became targeted. And when Priscilla was attacked... Those that were there would remember the psychotic gleam in Morgan's eye as he loudly and violently blood-hunted Anthony. Through negotiations with Clan Brujah, a member of Clan Brujah (Oliver Freigh) interrogated Anthony Black just before Morgan killed him.

(OOC: The third individual, Hajime Kojima is still an IC story-arc, so will not be discussed here.)

Letter to the Camarilla regarding Enzo Giovanni
Subject: Enzo Giovanni and agreed punishments & disciplinary actions

In agreement with Benintendi Giovanni, overseer of Enzo Giovanni, a
conclusion has been brought to a matter that has turned into a
festering wound for the Twin Cities, and clan Brujah in particular.

The topic of the matter was the murder of Var of clan Brujah, who was
Prince of the Twin Cities at the time, executed by Enzo Giovanni.

Mr. Benintendi and I have agreed and moved forward with the
understanding that how Clan Giovanni punishes and discplines their own
for breaking the Promise is the business of Clan Giovanni. It is not
right, nor proper, for a member of the Camarilla to dictate
appropriate disciplinary punishments to a member of Clan Giovanni for
a transgression of this magnitude.

Mr. Enzo Giovanni has ended the life of a member of the Camarilla
Prince. If he were an independent member of any other clan, he would
be open season for punitive actions. However, in discussion with Mr.
Benintendi, I have come to learn that the murder of a Camarilla Prince
is not a killable offense among the Giovanni.

I had originally been asked what sort of task, compensation, or
penance could be given to soothe the pain and transgressions of the
Promise.

I had thought long and hard on this matter. On the question of what
the value of life is worth, not just of a Camarilla Prince, but of any
member of the Camarilla. On whether or not penance can ever truly be
made given such a situation.

The answer quite simply is, you can't. You can't repay the loss of
that life, and the resulting changes and ripples through the Camarilla
that such an act created.

This is one of the principle reasons the Promise exists.

And so, in agreement with clan Giovanni, just as I cannot discipline
nor call for the life of a member of Clan Giovanni for breaking
Traditions & the Promise. They neither can do the same for any one of
the Camarilla who takes it into their mind to kill a member of Clan
Giovanni. Any of the Camarilla that would kill any member of Clan
Giovanni within the Twin Cities will be punished according to the
Camarilla's views & justice. And it shall not be up for debate,
disclosure, nor discourse with Clan Giovanni. Each will be punished
according to what their society believes to be a valid punishment, and
the other shall not gainsay this.

That is the punishment bestowed for Enzo's failings. And that is the
agreed upon blood-price for his actions in taking the life of a
Camarilla Prince and living.

That has been the negotiated deal. Should a member of Clan Giovanni
happen to die in the Twin Cities, and a member of the Camarilla
happens to be the trigger-man... No matter how much or little that
trigger-man is punished, Clan Giovanni will not question nor push for
further disciplinary action, nor call for that individuals death. To
do such would violate the promise, as agreed upon by Mr. Benintendi
Giovanni, duly appointed as representative for this task by Clan
Giovanni, and Myself.

I understand that Enzo Giovanni is a disrespectful son of a bitch who
deserves to be fucked up the ass with a telephone pole engulfed with
flame before being given cement shoes and dropped in the ocean... But
Mr. Benintendi Giovanni has been a pleasure to work with, and I'm glad
that the two of us could work together to bring this chapter to a
close in a manner that is satisfactory to both parties.

I will not breach the Promise to punish another for a breach of the Promise.

Regards,
Morgan Howell
