Peace came to Buffalo around the mid-1950s with his sire. Eventually his sire, Sir Gregor Florent, moved on to other interests leaving his childre behind with a contingent of other Ventrue. Under Prince Thaumarion he was quickly selected as Seneschal and the obvious replacement when the Malkavian Prince "retired" from politics.

During some of the most productive years in Buffalo history, Peace battled both clanmates and members of other sects for control of the city. Some say this was the time of dueling Princes, where Buffalo underwent a power transition almost seasonally. His rival and constant contender for praxis, Sebastian Andolini was easily fooled by the machinations of mad members of clan Tremere from outside the domain claiming to be agents of the Justicariate and turned the city against itself, resulting in the praxis of the Brujah Cory Ashford Buchanon III. For some time this ended the Ventrue's hold upon Buffalo.

Peace left Buffalo but was replaced by a doppelganger created by the evil stone giant High Hat who used a chimera facsimile to throw the city into chaos. Eventually this false Peace was bloodhunted and destroyed by members of the city. Years later, the real Warren Peace cleared his name through assistance of his clan and conclusively proved his non-affiliation with the chimera impersonating him.

In 2012, Peace was called in to solve a matter of Ventrue clan business involving the fallen Prince Sean O'Connor, he was quickly advanced to Harpy. Less than a month later Prince Carlson's court turned upon him for his excessive violence and negligence against the Sabbat who tore apart Elysiums and the Masquerade. Peace, once again, coordinated efforts against the enemies of the Camarilla. In recognizing the need for stable leadership, Peace stepped up and brought the members of the Primogen Council and the denizens of the city together behind him, swiftly claiming praxis.

After making swift headway into the problems of Buffalo's domain, Peace ousted several factions of Followers of Set, Giovanni, and other unruly elements that had been destabilizing the domain. Several members of the Camarilla who had fled to the Anarch Movement in response to Edward Carlson's tyranny were brought back to the Ivory Tower. Unfortunately, Peace's willingness to open his arms to those who valued the Camarilla turned back upon him as a Ravnos visitor who had expressed interest in joining the Tower followed Peace to a private meeting and assassinated him.

Little is known about Alexei before his arrival in the domain of the Twin Cities in November of 2010. His cold demeanor and curt answers have left his past a mystery. What people know about Alexei is that he is a member of Clan Brujah who came from St. Petersburg, Russia. Alexei has also freely admitted to working in the underworld as hit-man.

Since his arrival Alexei has made a name for himself as a brutal individual, becoming Scourge for the domain after only a couple of months of residence. It is rare for a gathering to go by without Alexei threatening to shoot someone, usually with the backing of the Prince. This constant threat of violence has made Alexei a solitary figure in the court that few wish to approach. Only [[Morgan Wynn Howell]], Nekoj Kustic, and [[Baeddan Stone]] seem to freely speak with Alexei. The rest of the court keeps a respectful distance, especially Clan Toreador who seems to have become the target of Alexei’s more violent comments as of late.

More recently Alexei was seen getting into an argument with Prince [[Saif Al Din]] of La Crosse at a gathering. This nearly wordless argument lead to Prince [[Saif Al Din]] demanding that Alexei shoot him, which was backed by a command from Prince [[Morgan Wynn Howell]]. After shooting Prince [[Saif Al Din]] four times Alexei stood silently and allowed himself to be battered three times by [[Saif Al Din]] (who was using a chainsaw at the time) with only one phrase passing between the two of them. The argument ended, the gathering went on as if nothing happened, just another night in the Twin Cities.

After a "come to Jesus" moment from [[Morgan Wynn Howell]], where Morgan admitted he was horribly weakened by the events of the 2012 Midwinter gathering, a Praxis struggle arose. Alexei backed the play of Nekoj Kustic, who was opposed by [[Sylphain Delille]]. After the elders of the domain backed Sylphain and Nekoj dropped his claim Alexei walked out of Elysium.

Several days after [[Sylphain Delille]] claimed Praxis of the Twin Cities Alexei made a declaration of his own. Alexei claimed an area to the west of what was traditionally the domain of the Twin Cities and south of St. Cloud as his own domain, known as Little St. Petersburg. He claimed this area stating that it was now the property of the Kandiyohi Bratva and that he was the Boss of this Bratva. While most of Little St. Petersburg was outside of the area claimed by Sylphain a small portion fell into contested territory. Tensions rose in the area as Sylphain told his domain to capture Alexei for his transgressions while Alexei stood defiant.

Eventually Sylphain summoned Alexei to an abandoned farmstead in the contested area and attempted to torpor him with the aid of [[Ari Renard]] (Sheriff at the time), Charlie Walker, [[D]](Keeper of Elysium), [[Razi Massoud]], [[Syprus Herring]] (Harpy), and [[Dr. Herbert Kaufman]]. Alexei was followed to the abandoned farmstead by members of his bratva and a fight ensued. When the first round of fighting stopped Sylphain lay in torpor with Alexei standing unharmed. It was also revealed that one of the individuals that had accompanied Alexei was Nekoj Kustic (Seneschal at the time), though he did not involve himself in the fight. In a strange act of diplomacy Alexei allowed Sylphain to be awoken from torpor to negotiate the surrendering of the contested territory. Unwilling to bend to demands made Sylphain made a gesture and Herbert Kaufman attacked Alexei from behind. As the fight started again Alexei uttered the words Praxis and put Sylphain and Ari into torpor while driving Dr. Kaufman off. Once again Alexei's inhuman nature reasserted itself and he executed both Sylphain and Ari.

Since taking Praxis Alexei has shown himself to be a brutal Prince and instituded a very strict formal court procedure. For actions taken during the fight [[Dr. Herbert Kaufman]] was staked and displayed in an Elysium as punishment until a raid by the FBI forced Alexei to order his death to protect the Masquerade. For these actions Alexei stripped himself of his Respected name for no Kindred that orders the death of anyone on Elysium can not be respected. Alexei enslaved [[Simon Williamsen]] to an air spirit as punishment for actions taken by [[Hajime Kojima]] that caused this same air spirit to attacked the domain of the Twin Cities trying to get compensation for a deal brokered and broken by Hajime. For defying an order Charlie Walker was demoted from Primogen to Scourge as punishment.

In July of 2012 there was a change in the court structure. Nejok Kustic, who was Seneschal at the time and friend of Alexei, was revealed to have committed Diablerie 3 times on members of the Sabbat without the Rights of Amaranth. For these crimes Alexei destroyed Nejok and made [[James Carter]] his Seneschal. It was shortly afterwards that Alexei announced he had Embraced 5 childer and introduced the Domain to one of them, [[John Cutter]]. The other childer have not been seen yet as he does not feel they are ready to attend gathering. Alexei has also come to an agreement with Clan Giovanni and they are once more allowed to attend gatherings.

In September of 2012 Alexei executed long term resident of the Domain [[Anton Chernobog]]. Alexei revealed that Anton had been using magic to blood bond one of his Primogen, [[Mark]] of Clan Gangrel. Asking the opinion of his Primogen Council in open court the majority agreed that the only punishment that was suitable was Final Death. Anton met his Final Death in court after he was brought staked into court by Clan Tremere.

=Character Information=
Douma is an aloof traditionalist who is often seen hovering about the edges of gathers. He has been described as practical to the point of being amoral. Although he is the quintessential Tremere, Douma hates to be witnessed using Thaumaturgy and has even apologized to the Prince after using magic to put out a fire. When dangers outside the normal ken come against the city the Seneschal prefers to go out alone and put himself between the Domain and the threat. As Seneschal, Douma believed that his Position and his standing in the Camarilla gave him the responsibility to protect the Domain. While he took his duty to protect the Domain very seriously, he is still very much the capitalist and has on occasion charged for his services. It remains to be seen how becoming an Archon will impact this stance. He can be quite charismatic and friendly but it is probably forced and he is certainly not a fan of subtlety.

==Known History==
Douma came into Atlanta from Savannah after the disappearance of his clanmate Michael Carpenter during a time when Tremere were widely and openly distrusted in Georgia. His history before this time is unknown except that he was only Acknowledged a month prior to his arrival in Atlanta. Douma attached himself to the Ventrue Prince Arich Dolen and the up and coming Ventrue Scott Daine and quickly rose in the domain serving as both a Keeper and as a Primogen. When Daine took Praxis over Atlanta he took Douma as his Seneschal. Later Prince Daine replaced Douma as Seneschal and Douma was made Primogen again. Shortly after Prince McMillan took the Praxis over Atlanta and Douma returned to his previous position of Seneschal. He is married to Genervera St. James of Clan Ventrue.

In June of 2012 he was appointed Archon to the Tremere Justicar, Lotharius.

==Known History==

Davy hails from the great state of Alabama, which anyone with ears to hear will be aware of within moments of meeting him. His "rural" accent and mannerisms are the butt of many jokes, most told by Davy himself. While it's rare these nights to hear at gather, Davy is most famous for his skills on the saxophone. He plays for Princes, Archons, countless luminaries of the Camarilla, and if rumors are to be believed, other supernaturals as well.

Davy's mouth has been known to get him in trouble on occasion, but he's calmed down and learned a little about what it is to be a team player from his more refined clanmates. He's worn a number of hats during his time in Atlanta, including Whip, Lesser Harpy, and Keeper.

Davy had a fairly public feud with the Brujah of Atlanta, culminating in an Elysium debate between himself, Harpy (at the time) Victor Creed, and Victor's broodmate, former Archon Jon Sebastian, on the nature of Elysium and whether or not powers of the blood could be used there. Years of practicing the sax instead of speeches hindered Davy (to say nothing of the severe status-gap), and he was soundly defeated. He spent the rest of his time as Keeper a shell of his former vibrant self, growing a chip on his shoulder towards the Brujah that many insist he still carries.

Davy's time as Keeper ended after the 2009 Atlanta Gala, when he was publicly stripped of status for inadequate event preparations. Davy did not play politics. He focused instead on his music, going back to his roots as an affable good old boy. It seemed to pay off; after almost a year in the political wilderness, Davy rose to become Primogen of his clan in Atlanta after Lilyanna moved to join the court of Middle Georgia.

In his time as Primogen, the Year of Fire came and went. Davy spent time both in the background on on the front lines combating the threat, but he is not convinced that the threat is over, or that the obvious tactics of Moloch were the actual plans of Hell. He's taken to traveling to sites where reality is "thin or broken," taking notes, then leaving as quickly and unceremoniously as he arrives. While in Atlanta, however, he's still Davy. He is still signed with Otherwise Media, and has recently stepped into the role of producer. In addition, he is the driving force behind a charity that has not only kept music in Atlanta public schools, but started a new school for musical prodigies. Before all else, Davy is still Toreador, and his music is still the most important thing to him.

Little is known about Alexei before his arrival in the domain of the Twin Cities in November of 2010. His cold demeanor and curt answers have left his past a mystery. What people know about Alexei is that he is a member of Clan Brujah who came from St. Petersburg, Russia. Alexei has also freely admitted to working in the underworld as hit-man.

Since his arrival Alexei has made a name for himself as a brutal individual, becoming Scourge for the domain after only a couple of months of residence. It is rare for a gathering to go by without Alexei threatening to shoot someone, usually with the backing of the Prince. This constant threat of violence has made Alexei a solitary figure in the court that few wish to approach. Only [[Morgan Wynn Howell]], Nekoj Kustic, and [[Baeddan Stone]] seem to freely speak with Alexei. The rest of the court keeps a respectful distance, especially Clan Toreador who seems to have become the target of Alexei’s more violent comments as of late.

More recently Alexei was seen getting into an argument with Prince [[Saif Al Din]] of La Crosse at a gathering. This nearly wordless argument lead to Prince [[Saif Al Din]] demanding that Alexei shoot him, which was backed by a command from Prince [[Morgan Wynn Howell]]. After shooting Prince [[Saif Al Din]] four times Alexei stood silently and allowed himself to be battered three times by [[Saif Al Din]] (who was using a chainsaw at the time) with only one phrase passing between the two of them. The argument ended, the gathering went on as if nothing happened, just another night in the Twin Cities.

After a "come to Jesus" moment from [[Morgan Wynn Howell]], where Morgan admitted he was horribly weakened by the events of the 2012 Midwinter gathering, a Praxis struggle arose. Alexei backed the play of Nekoj Kustic, who was opposed by [[Sylphain Delille]]. After the elders of the domain backed Sylphain and Nekoj dropped his claim Alexei walked out of Elysium.

Several days after [[Sylphain Delille]] claimed Praxis of the Twin Cities Alexei made a declaration of his own. Alexei claimed an area to the west of what was traditionally the domain of the Twin Cities and south of St. Cloud as his own domain, known as Little St. Petersburg. He claimed this area stating that it was now the property of the Kandiyohi Bratva and that he was the Boss of this Bratva. While most of Little St. Petersburg was outside of the area claimed by Sylphain a small portion fell into contested territory. Tensions rose in the area as Sylphain told his domain to capture Alexei for his transgressions while Alexei stood defiant.

Eventually Sylphain summoned Alexei to an abandoned farmstead in the contested area and attempted to torpor him with the aid of [[Ari Renard]] (Sheriff at the time), Charlie Walker, [[D]](Keeper of Elysium), [[Razi Massoud]], [[Syprus Herring]] (Harpy), and [[Dr. Herbert Kaufman]]. Alexei was followed to the abandoned farmstead by members of his bratva and a fight ensued. When the first round of fighting stopped Sylphain lay in torpor with Alexei standing unharmed. It was also revealed that one of the individuals that had accompanied Alexei was Nekoj Kustic (Seneschal at the time), though he did not involve himself in the fight. In a strange act of diplomacy Alexei allowed Sylphain to be awoken from torpor to negotiate the surrendering of the contested territory. Unwilling to bend to demands made Sylphain made a gesture and Herbert Kaufman attacked Alexei from behind. As the fight started again Alexei uttered the words Praxis and put Sylphain and Ari into torpor while driving Dr. Kaufman off. Once again Alexei's inhuman nature reasserted itself and he executed both Sylphain and Ari.

Since taking Praxis Alexei has shown himself to be a brutal Prince and instituded a very strict formal court procedure. For actions taken during the fight [[Dr. Herbert Kaufman]] was staked and displayed in an Elysium as punishment until a raid by the FBI forced Alexei to order his death to protect the Masquerade. For these actions Alexei stripped himself of his Respected name for no Kindred that orders the death of anyone on Elysium can not be respected. Alexei enslaved [[Simon Williamsen]] to an air spirit as punishment for actions taken by [[Hajime Kojima]] that caused this same air spirit to attacked the domain of the Twin Cities trying to get compensation for a deal brokered and broken by Hajime. For defying an order Charlie Walker was demoted from Primogen to Scourge as punishment.

In July of 2012 there was a change in the court structure. Nejok Kustic, who was Seneschal at the time and friend of Alexei, was revealed to have committed Diablerie 3 times on members of the Sabbat without the Rights of Amaranth. For these crimes Alexei destroyed Nejok and made [[James Carter]] his Seneschal. It was shortly afterwards that Alexei announced he had Embraced 5 childer and introduced the Domain to one of them, [[John Cutter]]. The other childer have not been seen yet as he does not feel they are ready to attend gathering. Alexei has also come to an agreement with Clan Giovanni and they are once more allowed to attend gatherings.

In September of 2012 Alexei executed long term resident of the Domain [[Anton Chernobog]]. Alexei revealed that Anton had been using magic to blood bond one of his Primogen, [[Mark]] of Clan Gangrel. Asking the opinion of his Primogen Council in open court the majority agreed that the only punishment that was suitable was Final Death. Anton met his Final Death in court after he was brought staked into court by Clan Tremere.

A "retired" mob boss with still-powerful ties to the family, Howell claimed Praxis of the Twin Cities area after [[Joseph Hanover]] stepped down as Prince in August 2010.

Married to [[Priscilla Howell]] of Clan Toreador, the wedding took place in November of 2010.

Morgan, as Prince, has blood-hunted three people so far: [[Horace Mansfield-Rhumer]], [[Anthony Black]], and [[Hajime Kojima]]. In a deal made with Clan Tremere in January of 2012, Morgan lifted the blood-hunt, and Clan Tremere swore a public oath to uphold the banishment of Hajime from the Twin Cities forever, else they would hunt him down and kill him.

[[Horace Mansfield-Rhumer]] was Blood-Hunted by Prince Howell for a laundry list of crimes against the Camarilla some time around 08/20/10. Notably for being a rot and a cancer within the Camarilla. There were a number of other reasons, but they were a part of a hush-hush meeting between Howell and Clan Tremere. Clan Tremere later killed Horace themselves. Right around 11/01/10

[[Anthony Black]] was Blood-Hunted by Prince Howell for multiple attempted (and failed) violations of the Tradition of Destruction. He was killed by Morgan's hand 12/03/10, witnessed by members of Clan Brujah. (More detail: Anthony Black was blood-hunted for trying to kill Morgan, [[Rachel Violet Eiken]], and Priscilla Howell. Morgan was all business when it was himself. It was getting escalated when Rachel became targeted. And when Priscilla was attacked... Those that were there would remember the psychotic gleam in Morgan's eye as he loudly and violently blood-hunted Anthony. Through negotiations with Clan Brujah, a member of Clan Brujah ([[Oliver Freigh]]) interrogated Anthony Black just before Morgan killed him.)

[[Baeddan Stone]] was killed 04/15/11 by Prince Howell for violations of the Traditions of Domain, Progeny, & Accounting,

[[Sigurd Skraelholm]] was sentenced to death and killed 10/21/11 by Prince Howell for attempting to murder Sabbat on Elysium.

[[James Carlson]] was killed 12/16/11 by Archon Takashi, Sheriff Sylphain Delille, and Harpy Randall, for being a failure as Keeper (He tendered his resignation two weeks after making noise about how much "better" he was than a fellow Toreador), a failure as a sire (Members of Morgan's Domain had brought up how she was being wasted with him.), a failure as a member of the Camarilla (Having an Archon and the Harpy both advocate for his death.), and an endangerment to those around him (words of wisdom from other Primogen.). It is worth noting that Takashi & Randall wanted rights of destruction. While Sylphain did not ask for rights of destruction, he had previously removed his objection to James' death. Rights of destruction were requested and granted.

On Dec. 30th 2011, Prince Howell led many of his Domain residents against the demon Dragal, which had possessed and taken over the body of John Payne. The following individuals did not survive the encounter.

The Domain squared off almost equally in number between Sylphain Delille of Clan Toreador, and Nekoj Kustic of Clan Ventrue. With the very potent bloodied elders of the Domain being called in rather quickly with the typical "911" pages/texts, they sided with Sylphain Delille, having Clan Brujah eldership support & Clan Tremere eldership support. In the meantime, Morgan took Priscilla's arm and left the room of Elysium. As one final note, as to which Morgan supported in this Praxis, Morgan responded: "The City", and left the room.

Subject: Enzo Giovanni and agreed punishments & disciplinary actions

In agreement with Benintendi Giovanni, overseer of Enzo Giovanni, a
conclusion has been brought to a matter that has turned into a
festering wound for the Twin Cities, and clan Brujah in particular.

The topic of the matter was the murder of Var of clan Brujah, who was
Prince of the Twin Cities at the time, executed by Enzo Giovanni.

Mr. Benintendi and I have agreed and moved forward with the
understanding that how Clan Giovanni punishes and discplines their own
for breaking the Promise is the business of Clan Giovanni. It is not
right, nor proper, for a member of the Camarilla to dictate
appropriate disciplinary punishments to a member of Clan Giovanni for
a transgression of this magnitude.

Mr. Enzo Giovanni has ended the life of a member of the Camarilla
Prince. If he were an independent member of any other clan, he would
be open season for punitive actions. However, in discussion with Mr.
Benintendi, I have come to learn that the murder of a Camarilla Prince
is not a killable offense among the Giovanni.

I had originally been asked what sort of task, compensation, or
penance could be given to soothe the pain and transgressions of the
Promise.

I had thought long and hard on this matter. On the question of what
the value of life is worth, not just of a Camarilla Prince, but of any
member of the Camarilla. On whether or not penance can ever truly be
made given such a situation.

The answer quite simply is, you can't. You can't repay the loss of
that life, and the resulting changes and ripples through the Camarilla
that such an act created.

This is one of the principle reasons the Promise exists.

And so, in agreement with clan Giovanni, just as I cannot discipline
nor call for the life of a member of Clan Giovanni for breaking
Traditions & the Promise. They neither can do the same for any one of
the Camarilla who takes it into their mind to kill a member of Clan
Giovanni. Any of the Camarilla that would kill any member of Clan
Giovanni within the Twin Cities will be punished according to the
Camarilla's views & justice. And it shall not be up for debate,
disclosure, nor discourse with Clan Giovanni. Each will be punished
according to what their society believes to be a valid punishment, and
the other shall not gainsay this.

That is the punishment bestowed for Enzo's failings. And that is the
agreed upon blood-price for his actions in taking the life of a
Camarilla Prince and living.

That has been the negotiated deal. Should a member of Clan Giovanni
happen to die in the Twin Cities, and a member of the Camarilla
happens to be the trigger-man... No matter how much or little that
trigger-man is punished, Clan Giovanni will not question nor push for
further disciplinary action, nor call for that individuals death. To
do such would violate the promise, as agreed upon by Mr. Benintendi
Giovanni, duly appointed as representative for this task by Clan
Giovanni, and Myself.

I understand that Enzo Giovanni is a disrespectful son of a bitch who
deserves to be fucked up the ass with a telephone pole engulfed with
flame before being given cement shoes and dropped in the ocean... But
Mr. Benintendi Giovanni has been a pleasure to work with, and I'm glad
that the two of us could work together to bring this chapter to a
close in a manner that is satisfactory to both parties.

I will not breach the Promise to punish another for a breach of the Promise.

Paul, the underdog, narrowly avoids a series of blows that would have ended the fight, and manages to punch through his opponent's armor, landing a shot which cleanly impales Joseph ibn Fallah through the heart cavity. However, as the Scourge remains standing, it is clear to all present that the contest had been rigged against Paul. Enraged, Paul's clanmates swarm the circle, and declare an end to the contest. During the infamous Kenosha Hive Dive of '05, Paul and Jacob Raize are given command of a small unit of shock troops designated to be the first wave of the attack on the hive. The unit, composed primarily of neonate Brujah and Gangrel, also includes a number of political enemies of Prince Steven MacNeil, causing Paul and Jacob Raize some degree of unease. After Prince MacNeil assures them that a second wave would be close behind, they begin their attack as ordered. 

The second wave, however, is never dispatched, and Paul and Jacob Raize soon find themselves fighting for their lives, but continue to press forward to the hive's center. Having cleared the way for the Prince and his entourage, Paul and Jacob are given leave to retreat with their wounded. Hearing of Paul's capture, Prince Devon creed leads successful a counter-attack into the hive, and rescues Paul. Paul refuses, insisting that an Archon does not have the power to summon a Prince of greater standing from his domain. He tells the Archon that the onus is on him to come to Kenosha to finish his own investigation, adding that Archons are not Feared and Empowered for the purpose of cowering behind their desks (this exchange likely gave birth to the term "armchair Archon").

As the weeks wear on, and neither refuses to budge, Jean Val Pierre controversially proclaims that Paul is impeding his investigation, and seeks to invoke his powers as Archon to remove Paul's status. Paul, outraged, argues that Val Pierre has overstepped his authority, and demands that a Judicial Conclave be held in Kenosha to decide the matter. Justicar Pascek obliges.

At the conclusion of his conclave on April 25th, 2007, Paul is found guilty by Justicar Pascek, who overturns the jury's original verdict, citing corruption. For failing to find Paul guilty, Justicar Pascek places the entire city of Kenosha under ordeal. Paul is taken away as a prisoner.

Having arrived, Cock Robin secures Rite of Destruction from Prince [[Hugo Valentine]], and sends his Archons to bring Paul to appear before him. Paul, typically candid about his membership in The Dead Man's Hand, boldly enters the main hall of the Elysium, wearing a shirt which openly proclaims his allegiance to the coterie, an illustrated grim reaper holding a hand of aces and eights.

Paul attempts to assuage Cock Robin's anger at the death of Tasha X, insisting that her death was a tragedy, it was not the act of the coterie as a whole. Unconvinced, Cock Robin moves to attack Paul, but is restrained by Archon [[Saul Good|Saul Good]]. Mark Decker, Chief Archon to Justicar Art Morgan also intervenes, placing himself between Cock Robin and Paul. Unwilling to be protected, Paul tosses Mark Decker out of his way, and resumes his discussion with the Justicar.

Though noticeably more restrained, Cock Robin is adamant that Paul be punished for the actions of his coterie, but tells Paul that he would be permitted to chose the city where he would die, allowing a two week stay of execution. Having told His Avian Excellency that he will present himself in Memphis within the appointed time, Paul is permitted to withdraw, and is quickly pulled into a meeting with his clan.

Hours later, Paul emerges from the meeting, flanked by an entourage of his clan numbering around 30. He approaches Cock Robin and declares before the entire court that he is cutting ties with the Dead Man's Hand, and renounces the group by tearing apart his Dead Man's Hand shirt in front of the assembled kindred. Cock Robin accepts his departure from the coterie, and in front of the City of Columbus, grants Paul the status of ''Brave'' and ''Loyal''.

Paul even helps his predecessor regain his ''Acknowledgment'', coaching him through a challenging second accounting. Paul is so successful, his colleagues on the Primogen Council unanimously proclaim him the best Tremere Primogen the city had ever had. Despite Paul's success in the position, Clan Tremere quickly sends a replacement.

At the beginning of February, in his 4th year of service to Justicar Pascek, Paul is promoted to Archon.

In July of 2011, Paul attends the Columbus Conclave in the retinue of Justicar Pascek. During the discussion on the Followers of Set, Paul interrupts the speaker for the Setites, tears her speech in half, and dismisses her from the podium. At the conclusion of the Conclave, Paul was granted the honor of escorting Lady Justicar Lucinde from the proceedings.

Four days later, Paul captures an assassin who claims to have been sent after him by the Followers of Set.

 
In November of 2011, Paul arrives to the domain of Hartford, CT with several allies to take part in a group effort to destroy Aralu, the Whore of Bablyon. The coalition brings together members of both the Camarilla, the Sabbat, the Anarch movement, and even involved help from a member of the Carthagenian faction. During the struggle to bring her down, Aralu attempts to remove Paul's heart two times, but Paul is able to resist somehow. Aralu was later destroyed.

One week later, Paul is dismissed from service by Justicar Pascek.

Paul attends the 2012 Midwinter gathering, escorting Anya, the Prince of Hartford. Later, the two of them participate in the raid on Chorazin, and their group is one of the first to reach the Baali Moloch's inner chamber. Other groups also converge. However, just as the actual fight with Moloch is about to begin, the ancients Troile and Marhabal appeared, and dispatched Moloch themselves, sparing the coalition forces a battle with a Baali Methuselah. Paul and his allies are reportedly the ones who convinced them to turn on him. After his dismissal, Paul had spent the following months gathering information and locating a number of powerful elders to make this all possible.

The night after the battle, the sect's assembled Princes voted to grant Paul the status ''Relentless'' for his contributions.

At the end of the Midwinter gathering, a number of Ventrue led by Archon [[Kate Davidson]] accused Paul of wrongdoing, and sought to take him into custody. Furious, Paul, backed by a substantial crowd, argued with her in full public view, denouncing her charges and refusing to acquiesce to her demands, as well as flippantly calling into question her capabilities as an Archon. The situation was put to an end when Archons from Cock Robin's office intervened, telling the Ventrue that Paul had an outstanding appointment in Memphis which took priority. Paul left the Midwinter gathering of his own volition, and has since been living in the domain of Hartford, CT.
