Billy Donesty pulled the mob's strings in Cleveland in the early part of the Twentieth Century.  It's not clear whether he was already Embraced at this point, or not (since few Kindred from the time still walk the dark streets of declined Cleveland), but he had a reputation for surviving inescapable hits - so much of a reputation that his enemies almost gave up trying. One last bomb was said to have gotten him, though. From a Kindred perspective, those who remember Donesty from the '30's also recall n faithful and effective enforcer for Clan Ventrue, who (fortunately for some of the Clan's detractors in those nights) was usually willing to make a last-minute deal (which he was said to never break) instead of blowing someone's head off.

A couple years back, Donesty showed up out of nowhere. Meeting with his Clan and eager to do their good (or in his case, bad) work, his appearances were sporadic as he adjusted to modern life and the changes in the mortal world as well as the Camarilla.  Recently, there has been some sort of tension related to an insult Donesty received from a peer who seemed intent on blocking his restoration in his own hometown.  Working quickly to network with clan mates of like disgust, he did what he does best - regulated.  Donesty's current activities are uncertain.
