Hunger

A hunger like fire burns from inside
While in my veins, my blood is ice
I fear that this beast will not be denied

Vermillion waves come in like a tide
Drowning me in inhuman vice
A hunger like fire burns from inside

With deep sullen growl, glowing, red-eyed
This hunger felt lets known it's price
I fear that this beast will not be denied

Enslaved to this passion, fuel I provide
Gainst wish to be controlled, precise
A hunger like fire burns from inside

Vainly labored, and helplessly vied
Strive to follow elder's advice
I fear that this beast will not be denied

All fast fleeting, reason subsides
The Man is gone, lost in a trice
A hunger like fire burns from inside
I fear that this beast will not be denied
