Physical description: A long haired, young looking man. Generally wearing Goodwill clothing, an ironic t-shirt, a worn US Army messenger bag and a battered trilby hat. He is also adorned with various trinkets of either a magical or religious nature. He usually smells vaguely of marijuana or alcohol. There is almost always a grin on his face, and his laughter comes easily. He will most likely be found in a circle of Kindred, loudly expounding on either some random subject or his own worthlessness.

Known History

There's not much "Known" about Randall Scott. Even his name is a fraud, which he will cheerfully admit. He's (depending on when you ask) from Arkansas, California, Oklahoma, or any number of other places. Sometimes he lived through the Great Depression, sometimes he missed it. He may have served in the Pacific during the Second World War, maybe he fought in Korea, perhaps he's criminal and the only serving he did was on the chain gang. The only consistent portions of his story are that he grew up poor, went "On the Road" while wandering the United States, has always been able to talk to ghosts, and considers himself to be a voodoo sorcerer.

He "Earned His Bones" in Baltimore, where he served as Sheriff for a time. A position he describes as "My investigation abilities backed up by four Gangrel who liked to hit people". For an unknown reason (Most likely due to some sort of arcane situation within the Tremere) he ended up moving to Dayton along with William Shultz and Elias Beecher. The other two have since moved on, but Randall stayed.
