Not much is known about Quinn before his appearance in Columbus in 2011, hes made mention in the past about being a ghoul to a Toreador for many years prior to his embrace, serving in WWII during General Patton push across France, serving in the 4th Armored Division until just after the end of the war when he returned to his home, Portland Maine.
Quinn is a machinist by trade, known regionally for assembling and selling very finely crafted motorcycles, the most famous one went for half a million dollars as of Grand Elysium 2013.
Since his arrival in Columbus, he has served the domain in numerous capacities under numerous Princes Keeper, Primogen, Sheriff, Scourge and assistants to many many more.
