Known History
Detective Jack Sawyer is an enigma. He was a homicide detective before his embrace in 1998, (a job he still maintains somehow) and he quickly rose to the position of Deputy Sheriff under Sheriff Jacob Harrow, a job he was well suited to. Since then he has done nothing else. He performed above and beyond in his duties as deputy, but has shown no ambition to anything else. The more time passes the more questions are raised. He rarely attends court, does not have a single mark of the beast, and spends most of his off hours in the company of Logan, a Anarch Assamite. When the Brujah elder Jorska Virisi lost control of his Beast and frenzied on Elysium, Jack effortlessly restrained the rampaging elder leaving the rest of the domain with two questions, "What is someone with that much power doing playing deputy?" and "What else is he playing at?"
