Prince's Edicts

Ghouls should be protected by their domitor. A ghoul is an important resource to one's well being. They are fragile, they are not kindred, they are at more risk by being what they are and they should be treated as such. With that being said, Ghouls will know their place. Ghouls will not run rampant to visiting domains or within ours.

Ghouls will not be traveling without their domitor or without someone with whom their domitor has entrusted them to. They are to report every action they take to their domitor immediately. Should you be asked to watch over someone’s ghoul you will be held responsible for their actions. Ghouls are to speak to their domitor before they speak to any kindred on any matter involving other kindred. They will only involve themselves in Kindred business with permission from their domitor.

If you intend to turn your ghoul at any point, let me know immediately. Be it now or at a future date I advise you ask for Right of Progeny. Otherwise I fully expect the tenant be obeyed.
